Limerston Capital has acquired Doncaster-based DigitalXRAID, a managed security service provider (MSSP). It’s the second deal in two months for the private equity firm, following the acquisition of CyberCrowd in May, as it looks to create one of the UK’s trusted leaders in cyber security and related digital forensic services.
