RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Dominion Energy says contractors will install new power lines across Interstate 77 near Blythewood this weekend. Crews will install new lines around 1.3 miles north of Exit 24 (U.S. Highway 21/Wilson Boulevard).
