Attorney General Todd Blanche announced that a major Dominican drug trafficking kingpin, who allegedly led an international cocaine operation based in the Dominican Republic, was extradited Wednesday from Colombia to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
He would have been at large for years while wanted for his alleged involvement in the scheme.
