Trump Admin Charges More Pennsylvanians with Noncitizen Voting

- Sade Guppy, a lawful permanent resident from Trinidad and Tobago, allegedly voted in the 2022 general election. Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, 66, of Mexico, is also accused of illegally voting in the 2024 general election.
- Defendants face varying penalties if convicted. Sanon faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000, while Guppy and Maldonado face up to two years and one year respectively, with fines of up to $200,000 and $100,000.
