The Department of Health (DOH) in Cagayan Valley has assured the public that measles and rubella vaccines remain safe and effective despite the continuing effects of the southwest monsoon, or habagat, across the region. Vaccination activities have continued in communities, with health facilities and vaccination teams strictly observing proper cold
