DOGE cuts impact workers at Broome Health Department

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - DOGE cuts have impacted some workers placed at the Broome County Health Department. Massive spending cuts announced at the federal Department of Health and Human Services on March 24th have eliminated funding for four public health fellows that were assigned to the health department.
