MUNCIE, Ind. — A central Indiana man faces felony theft charges after police say he stole and sold over 200 pounds, or approximately two miles worth, of AT&T telecommunication wire. Christopher Nibarger, 43, of Muncie, was booked into the Delaware County Jail over the weekend on preliminary charges of telecommunication wire theft.
