On Monday, the Department of Security of the City of Vitoria presented the Plan for Strengthening Security in the face of the "progressive and considerable increase" of violent robberies that "recurring individuals" are taking part in the city. This was announced by the councillor of the area, César Fernández de Landa, who has assured that according to the "last surveys", a greater "concern" has been detected among the gastro-urban population.
