The recent ruling of the I.C. Court of Appeals of Copiapó, which forced the Health Seremi to rule on a request from the company Solenor, stated that the unjustified delay of the authority is a violation of the fundamental rights protected by our Constitution. This, in turn, made it clear that while much of the country wants to move forward, we are stuck.
