BEDFORD, Pa. (WTAJ) — A judge has granted a petition for DNA testing of a car involved in a 2024 DUI crash that killed two people. Kaleb Strong is accused of driving under the influence when the car crashed into a rock embankment along Lincoln Highway in Oct. 2024.
