The deadly Ebola outbreak is proving difficult to control

The Ebola epidemic continues to spread in the provinces of Ituri and North Kivu in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Director of the World Health Organization arrived in the capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo on Thursday to see first hand the efforts to combat an outbreak of a rare type of Ebola, while medical personnel deal with the lack of equipment, mistrust among the population and the presence of armed groups in the region.
WHO warns that lack of confidence and ignorance in the Mongbwalu region complicate the response to the Ebola outbreak, which has already reached over 900 cases.
