District council to put up its tax share by 3%

A council is set to increase its share of the council tax by three per cent. Members of South Holland District Council’s cabinet is recommending that bills go up by £6.39 – or a 3.06 per cent increase – for band D properties and equates to £214.92 for the 2026-27 financial year, writes Local Democracy 18/02/2026
