Dmitry Peskov responded to the proposal to create a “safety force” in the event of a peace agreement in the conflict in Ukraine, accusing the 26 countries involved of "blocking the resolution" of the war.
The Kremlin accused Europeans of "inhibiting" the solution to the conflict in Ukraine, one day after the meeting of European supporters of Kiev dedicated to security guarantees for this country, also known as the Coalition of Finland, of the RFI.
26 countries, mainly European, pledged on Thursday in Paris to support Kiev militarily, after the Kremlin had categorically rejected on Friday any Western military guarantee to Ukraine.
