Cape Vincent, N.Y. - The former chief of a nonprofit ambulance service in Jefferson County has been charged with stealing over $157,000, officials said.Jeffrey J. Call, 55, of Three Mile Bay, was charged with second-degree grand larceny and falsifying business records, according to a news release from the state Comptroller’s Office.
