Dillon Valley Elementary students organize Earth Day celebration

The Dillon Valley Elementary Green Team organized an Earth Day celebration on Friday, April 17. Made up of 15 third to fifth graders who meet once a week before school, the Green Team tackles topics including school recycling, composting, reducing carbon footprint and helping to reduce waste at school events by using cafeteria trays and aluminum cups.
