Mardan - Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shahab Ali Shah has awarded Assistant Commissioner Mardan Dr Ahmed Sher Zaman Dogar (PAS) a certificate of appreciation and three awards for developing and successfully implementing the ‘Digital Mandi and e-Price List’ project in the district.
