Slovenian motocross rider Tim Gajser took second place at the World Championship race in Pietramurata, Italy, after being fourth in the first race and winning the second. The overall victory went to Dutchman Jeffrey Herlings. The other Slovenian representative in the strongest MXGP class, Jan Pancar, was 14th.
The Slovenian motocross rider will start the World Championship race in Pietramurata from the fifth qualifying position, Jan Pancer 25th. Lucas Coenen was the fastest.
