- Called to a hotel, the 17-year-old shooter says she waited in the lobby before Bharadwaj summoned her to his third-floor room, offered to `crack her back`, assaulted her, then dropped her near her vehicle around 4 pm.
- NRAI suspended Bharadwaj and issued a show-cause notice, Rajiv Bhatia said, while Haryana Police booked him under section 6 of POCSO and section 351 of BNS, seeking hotel CCTV footage.
- The case has unsettled India’s shooting community and drawn federation attention, with the teenager's parents deeply traumatised, counselling advised, and Punjab authorities urged to cooperate, while NRAI pledges full investigation support.
