On May 8, 2024, Danny de G. (42) went to his ex-partner's home in Rosmalen with a gun in his pocket. He knew that her new boyfriend was staying there. He broke into the premises and walked to the bedroom, where he found the victim in bed. He aimed his weapon and pulled the trigger. The victim heard two clicks. Nothing happened.
