The real estate (RT) services group, operating in Lithuania under the brand name Newsec, announces that the investment company Fidelio Capital has become a minority shareholder of its main owner, the Swedish company Newsec. The Swedish portal Dagens Industri, citing sources, reports that the transaction value of a 30% stake could reach 4-5 billion SEK (364-455.5 million EUR).
Venture capital company Fidelio, in which Fredrik Lundberg's daughter Katarina Martinsson is the largest owner, is buying into Newsec, Dagens Industri has learned.
