Man appears to have a seizure as ICE arrests his wife, but officials disagree

DHS officials publicly disputed the medical emergency, saying staff found no legitimate emergency and accused Zapata of faking the seizure, posting `Imagine FAKING a seizure to help a criminal escape justice` on social media while Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya remains in custody pending removal proceedings.
The couple have applied for asylum and are authorized to work while their immigration case is pending, Zapata said he and his wife are from Ecuador and entered unlawfully several years ago, and he spoke to The Boston Globe on Friday.
