Arizona State University says that all reports that the vigil was not proceeding or that student groups were going to be charged are false and that the event on Monday will go on at no cost to students or any student organization.

State Senator Jake Hoffman accused Arizona State University of making it "impossible" to hold a vigil for Charlie Kirk. ASU responded, saying those reports are "completely false" and the vigil is set for Sept. 15 at 5-30 p.m. inside the Desert Financial Arena.
