Dewsbury security hardware provider snapped up by global firm

Allegion, a global security products and solutions provider, through one of its subsidiaries, has acquired Dewsbury-based Brisant Secure Limited, a security hardware provider. Founded in 2011, Brisant sells a range of residential security solutions, including mechanical and electronic locks as well as door accessories.
