The New York Yankees Closer, who goes through a bump that has called into question his role in the team, had this Saturday August 9 a golden opportunity to receive advice from one of the greatest in history: Mariano Rivera. However, an unforeseen nature took that opportunity away from him.

Mariano Rivera participated in a new edition of the Game of Veterans organized by the New York Yankees, with the aim of approaching the closed Devin Williams to share experiences and advice. However, the veteran failed to approach directly with the relevista, as he suffered an injury to the Achilles tendon.
