Celaya, Gto.- After the Secretary of Economy, Marcelo Ebrard, announced that in the first quarter of 2026 the works of the “Development Pole” will begin, with an investment of 2.5 billion pesos, Mayor Juan Miguel Ramírez Sánchez warned that for Celaya a period of growth and progress is coming, but also of possible social, pathological, sociological and, above all, security problems.
