Developer's company fined £40k after dodgy lift nearly cut rail worker in half

EAST LONDON, JUL 24 – Nofax Enterprises admitted breaching health and safety laws after a faulty lift caused severe injuries requiring a liver transplant, resulting in a £40,000 fine by the Health and Safety Executive.
