PADDINGTON, SYDNEY, NEW SOUTH WALES, JUL 10 – The NSW Land and Environment Court ruled against converting a 32-room boarding house into luxury apartments, citing social impact and affordable housing loss concerns, in a precedent-setting case.

A developer will not be able to demolish affordable housing and construct luxury apartments in Paddington, a court has ruled.
