Deutsche Bank and its former banker Dario Schiraldi have reached an out-of-court settlement in a 152 million euro compensation lawsuit pending before a Frankfurt court, the German financial institution announced on Monday.
A former employee had gone to court against Deutsche Bank and had sued for three-digit million-dollar damages. Now both parties agreed. Four further proceedings are still under way in London.
