As the DJC reported in late May, Dermody then paid over $45 million for an entitled 41-acre industrial project in Frederickson, which is in south Pierce County.

Dermody has added to its Northwest Region industrial real estate portfolio with the acquisition of 40.86 acres of land located at 17027-17028 Canyon Parkway E. in Tacoma, Washington.
