Derek A.E. Fuhrmann, an ASCAP Pop Award recipient and co-writer of Phillip Phillips’ “Gone, Gone, Gone,” has died. He was 44.  Fuhrmann died June 27 in Nashville following a battle with most cancers, publicist Harlan Boll introduced.
