Shots fired at police in attempt to serve search warrant in St. Albans

St. Albans, WV (WOAY)-This morning around 6 a.m., a dramatic scene unfolded in Saint Albans as the Special Response Team with the city’s police department attempted to serve a felony arrest and search warrant at a home on B Street.
