Guadalajara, Jalisco. Last Sunday, a three-month-old baby died in the Casa Hogar “La Esperanza”, managed by the DIF Tlaquepaque. These facilities were inaugurated only last January and deputies Alberto Alfaro and Brenda Carrera, asked the municipal authorities to clarify the facts, since local staff have reported that there are not enough nursing staff and there are no pediatricians in all shifts.
