Deprived of liberty transformed Provence Bridge in Bucaramanga

For the third time during this year, people deprived of their liberty in Bucaramanga carried out social work of beautification of parks and green areas. On 3 April 16 inmates arrived at the Bridge of Provence. Their mission: to help beautify this iconic place of recreation.
