Denied use of a phone inside home, attacker sliced man sitting outside: police

When police arrived Tuesday night to a Lancaster County home, they found a bloodied man sitting on a patio.He’d been stabbed multiple times in the face with a box cutter. He told Ephrata police his name, but wouldn’t say anything more.
