Greece Is Interested in Purchasing C-390 Military Planes, Says Minister

Defense Minister Nikos Dendias said on Thursday that Greece was interested in purchasing Brazilian-made Embraer C-390 military planes ‌partly produced in Portugal.

The Defense Minister, however, did not provide details on the number of aircraft Greece is likely to purchase or the amount it will spend.

During the institutional visit to Lisbon, the Greek Minister of Defense Nikos Dendias confirmed Athens' interest in buying aircraft for transportation and for refueling Embraer C-390 Millennium.
