As the 5th legislative year of the 28th term of the Turkish Grand National Assembly opened, it was noteworthy that DEM Party deputies lined up to greet MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed the Grand National Assembly of Turkey at its opening of the 5th legislative year of the 28th term. Erdoğan, who called for a Turkey free from terrorism, a new constitution, and 'consensus' with the opposition, shook hands with the political party groups after his speech.
In the House, held due to the new legislative year, the DEM Parties queued up to shake hands with MHP Leader State Bahçeli at the ceremony. DEM Party Co-Chairmen Tülay Hatimogulları, who shook hands with Bahçeli, and Tuncer Bakırhan, Pervin Buldan, Mithat Sancar and Sezai Temelli sat down after the greeting.
The 28th Term of the 5th Legislative Year of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) began with a special session held at the General Assembly. One of the most remarkable moments of the session was the fact that the co-chairmen of the DEM Party went to greet MHP President Devlet Bahçeli.
