According to a text identified by the Russian newspaper close to the government, Vedomosti, Russian schools have been given a guide to identify in pupils of foreign parents the deviant behaviors that would run counter to the patriotic discourse. It also proposes actions to familiarize them with the spiritual and moral values of Russia.
The Ministry of Education in Russia, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Science, has developed recommendations for teachers on the identification of foreign children "intended for illegal actions", reports Meduza Live, regarding Vedomosti.
