Delhi Park Pageant tells the story of Picton’s Green Gem

Prince Edward County arts organization The Department of Illumination has been camped out all summer in Picton’s largest green space, Delhi Park. Based out of their vibrant solar-powered mobile studio, they’ve been papier-mâchéing masks, painting banners and sewing costumes in the great outdoors, all the while listening to bird song, chatting with the public, and pausing to help turtles cross the road.
