The Delhi High Court on Friday granted bail to British citizen Jagtar Singh Johal in seven cases relating to alleged targeted killings and attempted murders in Punjab, including cases registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
The Delhi High Court today granted bail to British citizen Jagtar Singh Johal (Jaggi Johal) in connection with the targeted killings in Ludhiana and Jalandhar districts. Jaggi received relief in seven separate cases related to the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and murder.
