New Delhi, Jul 15 (PTI) Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Tuesday said the BJP government is planning to initiate an inquiry into the scrapping of overage vehicles carried out during the tenure of the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) dispensation.
