After months of upheaval and turnover, Collingdale welcomed three new police officers at the borough council meeting on Tuesday night. “Finally,” said Stephen Rooney as he took the oath. With their loved ones in attendance, Rooney along with fellow hires, Jude Francois and Timothy Irwin, were sworn in by Mayor Donna Matteo-Spadea.
