Delaware State Fair does not end at day 10

HARRINGTON, Del. — The Delaware State Fair is on Day 9, but planning for the event begins long before the gates open. Doug Crouse, director and treasurer of the fair, said he’s loved the event since he was a child, which ultimately led him to his current position. Crouse added that the fair is a community effort, involving vendors, staff, cleaning crews, and volunteers. With that, the fair isn’t just 10 days out of the year. “When this fair ends…
