Delaware Introduces New Legislation Clarifying when Firing a Gun Would Be a Felony

To combat the recurring gun violence across the United States, Delaware Governor Matt Meyer signed HB 123 on October 9th, creating a new Class E felony offense for "discharging a firearm into a residence, place of worship, vehicle, or business" to help protect Delaware families and communities and make Delaware a safer and more compassionate place to live.
