Delaware County Pay It Forward is hosting their “Fun”draiser Concert this weekend. The concert was originally scheduled for last November, but the first snowstorm of the season cancelled those plans. The event will take place instead this Saturday night at the Delaware County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Manchester.
