Del Mar City Council makes appointment to Measure Q Citizen Oversight Committee

Del Mar resident Caitlin Laipenieks was appointed to the city’s Measure Q Citizen Oversight Committee for a three-year term, following a Jan. 20 confirmation by the City Council.
