DeKalb County Rehab and Nursing Center exec Bart Becker resigned July 2, writing that County Administrator Ruth Kedzior "bullied" and "intimidated" him, records show. When reached Tuesday, Kedzior said, "Mr. Becker has a right to his perspective but my perspective is different."
