Dee's Donuts brings gluten-free food to Minot

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — Dee's Donuts is a gluten-free mobile food truck based out of Minot. They say they offer many items, such as mini donuts, funnel cakes, corndogs, and hotdogs, all gluten-free. Owner Duane Lothspeich says the inspiration behind this idea came from him and one of his daughters having Celiac, an autoimmune disorder caused by an adverse reaction to gluten.
