Deer rescued in Arcos de Valdevez

A weakened deer was rescued on Friday morning in Arcos de Valdevez. According to the Institute of Nature and Forests (ICNF), the deer was found near a watercourse with an injured leg. The rescue operation was carried out by nature rangers from the Peneda-Gerês National Park and the Litoral Norte Natural Park, but also with the support of locals.
