Deel Suffers Fresh Legal Setbacks In Rippling Corporate Spying Case
A federal judge in the Northern District of California dealt Deel three fresh setbacks on Friday in its corporate espionage battle with Rippling, rejecting Deel's bid to strike a key witness and ordering its counterclaims into arbitration. The ruling is the latest in an 18-month fight over allegations Deel paid a Rippling employee to spy on the company.
