RED BANK — Authorities are investigating the deaths of a woman and child found inside a borough apartment Thursday morning. The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Red Bank Police Department said the Major Crimes Bureau is leading the investigation but emphasized there is no threat to the public.
